A good client of mine for over 20 years finally has this house under contract and is scheduled to close next week. I finished it in September 2024. Sometimes I don’t get the chance to go back into homes I’ve built, and I had honestly forgotten how cool this one is.

It sits on about eight acres just south of the city, with a real country feel and no other homes in sight. I had to leave around 5:30 this morning to beat traffic, but it was absolutely worth it to get the chance to walk it again.

@T4920 Good call on doing the loop first, otherwise you know what may happen The weather has been wonderful and hope it will be the same when you get here. Who knows, I maybe be back again next year as well. My wife has fallen in love with this place.
