Now anyone who knows P knows this is too ridiculous to even be remotely funny.

A good client of mine for over 20 years finally has this house under contract and is scheduled to close next week. I finished it in September 2024. Sometimes I don’t get the chance to go back into homes I’ve built, and I had honestly forgotten how cool this one is.
It sits on about eight acres just south of the city, with a real country feel and no other homes in sight. I had to leave around 5:30 this morning to beat traffic, but it was absolutely worth it to get the chance to walk it again.

The weather has been wonderful and hope it will be the same when you get here. Who knows, I maybe be back again next year as well. My wife has fallen in love with this place.Hope Paradise was a trip, love catching the fire/circus shows there

Finally saw my favorite band last night, REZN. Seeing them in person was incredible. The sound was so crisp but also fuzzy! Check them out if you like doom metal/heavy psych
