The Iron Heart Baltimore Bash - September 18, 19 & 20, 2026 (Not this year… next year. 2026)
-
@Matt sounds like the right night to be there

-
@Matt end of September is usually peak season for big blue crabs. Doesn’t get anymore Baltimore than that…maybe Natty Boh. I’m in whatever the plan. Thanks for organizing.
-
Gosh, haven't been to Baltimore in years! I may just have attend this!
-
@Matt born in Baltimore and grew up in Catonsville. Closer to DC now. Agree with the troubles and cost for first timers.
-
@Matt “how expensive could it be” I said to myself.
Then looked up Koco’s Pub

I will be getting the double
-
Crab cakes and a bushel of steamed crabs are very different. Agree with you on the double. My order as well
-
Teach you to pick them

'Crabs and beer a Baltimore tradition', looks like we have to do this!

️ mee too -
are delicious
, would love to try those ! -
Crab cakes are easy. Kokos has very good crab cakes but it’s a bit outside the general area we’re in. I can see if I can find a good place closer to where we’ll be but if not and if you have transportation Kokos is a good option. I’ll see if I can put together some logistics for a steamed crab outing.
-
@Sage954 this place is closer…
-
@Matt Captain James looks like a good spot. That’s a new one to me. Certainly closer
