@ARNC nice! I’m finding it’s important to have a variety of beans on hand. I tend to get sick of even my favourite if I brew them every day.

@Chibs variety is definitely good. I just usually go for two or three different beans whenever I place an order with my dealer (and their selection varies with the seasons).

The swollen bloom is most likely from being too fresh. Coffee beans need to off gas for 7-10 days after roasting before you brew. Even longer if your pulling espresso

@Brock Had no clue! It says they were roasted on the 16th so that tracks. It still tasted good but it's good to know for next time. Thanks!
