Did any of the crew take photos wearing the ODG? I appreciate the pics in the navy thread they help a lot. I feel a bit silly with this many photo requests but man it is for some reason really difficult to choose which color to go for.
And no I can't just get both haha.
Photos above of Rudy wearing it are great but the crew pics really help since they kind of show the jackets in natural light.

What's not natural about the light in Rudy's photos?

@Giles Just finding reasons to see pics of the handsome crew members wearing tanker jackets. But fair enough it's so close to the drop now I think I made my choice 🙂

@Giles In the full body shot where he is walking it looks a bit like someone overdid the background in lightroom. The edge of the head and hairline is so sharp. Colors of him and the jacked are perfectly fine tough. 😁

As I said above I ordered both sizes L and XL because I was a bit unsure about the sizeing. I like the snug fit of the size L, but it is a bit tight in the shoulders and even if I lose weight in the future, my shoulder and chest size is most likely to stay the same or get bigger with training.

The XL wears a lot more comfortable in the shoulders, but my fear is, that it looks a wee bit to big on me. My wife likes it better, though.

What do you guys think? Sorry for the photo dump, but I guess a few pictures of a new produkt on an aging costumer won't hurt.

                    First This ist size L.

I'd go with the comfy one. Being whipcord and all if it gets too tight will then limit how often you wear it.
                          Just my two cents.

Both look good but XL will give far more layering options without looking oversized

@Cole I’d have the same difficulty as you deciding. What would/wouldn’t get worn with how you like to wear this? what is your usual IH jacket sizing?

@Boit, my "usual" size is all over the place. 🤪

My N1 deckjackets are size L, but they are tight in the shoulders now. My A2 is size L and offers room for layering, my M65s are size L and the green one has a relaxed fit while the black one is a bit tighter around the shoulders and my 526L is size XXL.

It's the same with shirts, I got older IH shirts in size L and XL that still fit me fine, but thend to go for XXL in most UHFs nowadays.

I guess a gravitate towards the XL version of this jacket, because it is definetly more comfortable to wear and leaves me more room to move my arms.

As I got older I gained some weight and have to face the fact, that I will never slim down to the sizes I wore when I was in my late 30s or early 40s. XL is a safer bet here, even though I don't like the thought. 🙄
