@kwang when you order you can ask to pick either the largest Medium or smallest Large that should help. I have a similar issue I'm slightly taller and bit heavier than you and wear as well mostly Large in IH like the UHF´s. Maybe you have a jacket that fits you well that you can measure the IH way and compare fit. May the fit be with you brother!

Thank you so much for the suggestion my friend! I didn’t realize IH can help me pick a more specific measurement, that’s awesome to know!

Also wondering if it’s possible to shrink whipcord at all like a UHF? Or is the fabric too dense?

@kwang you might be able to shrink it a little with a very hot wash, but there is no chance that you will stretch it.

That navy SOP version looks cool, but I think I prefer the khaki. Just trying to convince myself I have a hole in my closet that this will fill. I already have the IHM-37-OGD. I supposed this will be perfect for those brisk fall days in the northeast before the temps necessitate the heavier N1 or A2.

I'm really interested in this jacket. In your opinion, I have a waist size of 115 cm and a chest size of the same (with a T-shirt and sweatshirt on as well).

Should I go for XL, in your opinion?

For comparison, I have a size 42 N1 from McCoy that fits me well

Just a clarification. For washing it says gentle 40 degrees … but the lining is in ventile … I thought this was dry cleaning only ? Ventile and washing machine doesn’t work I think. Thank you.
