IHM-47-ODG - 12oz Whipcord Tanker Jacket - Olive Drab Green
-
@Buckeye Hi! The general consensus from trying this on, is that we are taking our usual "IHM" sizing, in that I typically take one size down from my usual UHF/Type III sizing.
Due to the cuffing/ribbing on the opening and wrists, you may be able to take your usual jacket sizing dependant on how you intend to layer.

@Bailey: Hello
since you're around...
: Is the collar close and tight to the neck when the jacket is fully zipped up ?
And what did you thought about the sleeve length ? Following my measures I should take a "S", but the sleeves would be too short then I think
-
@Slash Hi, I am covering emails/messages over the weekend. I can report the sleeve length was absolutely fine and not too short or long in my experience, however I can appreciate we are all built differently
I will grab a photo of the zip closed at the neck for reference once we are back in the office on Monday! -
@Bailey Ah man the picture would be great, thx a lot
Have a nice WE still
-
Would also appreciate pics. I might have the fit nailed down but still met with the dilemma whether to go Navy or Green.
-
Can someone confirm that the sleeve measurement is to the end of the knitted cuff?

Many thanks @ShopatIronHeart for the detailed macro pictures

This answer my question above in any case

Did any of the crew take photos wearing the ODG? I appreciate the pics in the navy thread they help a lot. I feel a bit silly with this many photo requests but man it is for some reason really difficult to choose which color to go for.
And no I can't just get both haha.
Photos above of Rudy wearing it are great but the crew pics really help since they kind of show the jackets in natural light. -
@Giles Just finding reasons to see pics of the handsome crew members wearing tanker jackets. But fair enough it's so close to the drop now I think I made my choice

As I said above I ordered both sizes L and XL because I was a bit unsure about the sizeing. I like the snug fit of the size L, but it is a bit tight in the shoulders and even if I lose weight in the future, my shoulder and chest size is most likely to stay the same or get bigger with training.
The XL wears a lot more comfortable in the shoulders, but my fear is, that it looks a wee bit to big on me. My wife likes it better, though.
What do you guys think? Sorry for the photo dump, but I guess a few pictures of a new produkt on an aging costumer won't hurt.
First This ist size L.
