Freenote Cloth

@dugafola thank you! If you can - feel free to share comparison pictures! I'm scared to mess up an expensive jacket...
-
i'll post up what my tumbleweed looks like right now later today.
it's pretty easy to wax a jacket. i definitely recommend a heat gun or hair dryer. i think i got a heat gun online for < $30. anyways, i apply liberally focusing on high wear areas and shoulders. heat it up and then move around the excess with an old credit card. let it cure in the sun if you can.

@Max-Power just look at the guide on filsons website (and use their wax, which I believe I saw freenote recommend for rewaxing as well — maybe on instagram?), almost impossible to mess it up

Picked up a Freenote Cloth Utility shirt in Khaki, always liked the design pocket and corozo buttons. 6-2 (200lbs) and Large is great. Typically XL or sometimes XXL in IH.

looks great!
-
@RubyRae fantastic! I’ve had my eye on these for a while. I bought one several years ago, but the cuffs were too tight … it looks like they’ve fixed that??
-
@RubyRae It’s a great piece and it’s super soft

-
@Brandrea definitely no concerns about cuffs, everything is spot on. very happy with the shirt, and glad to add to the rotation.

Do NOT need another jacket but really digging the old school fit of the Kirthwood cut that Freenote has dropped. Specifically the detailing on the back with the bi swing pleated shoulders and side cinch’s

@flannel-slut cool herringbone fabric too
