RE: IHSH-292-IND - 18oz Vintage Selvedge Denim CPO Shirt - Indigoposted in Shirting
Finally got my 292. I was going back n forth on XL vs XXL up until final hour and went with XL for a more dialed fit. 6-2, 200lbs. I tend to always wear shirt under and layer. Really happy and love this classic. IH CPO's are the best design, fit, quality, detail...no CPO is complete without twill cuffs, collar, placket. ; )

When you buy the size too big, sometimes you just shift the plan and improvise for colder days.

16oz Sashiko Ori Indigo, but as you know this feels heavier that IH 21oz, and just more my style. I wish it was CPO style and had the lined placket + cuffs, but without a doubt one of my favorite pieces.

Picked up a Freenote Cloth Utility shirt in Khaki, always liked the design pocket and corozo buttons. 6-2 (200lbs) and Large is great. Typically XL or sometimes XXL in IH.

RE: IHSH-362-BLK - 16oz Non-Selvedge Denim CPO Shirt - Superblack (Fades to Grey)posted in Shirting
Day 1 with my new Superblack CPO. Definitely the most stiff and rigid 16oz I've ever witnessed. It will make the wear process in that much more rewarding. I'm 6-2, 196lbs, and often wear XXL and XL Iron Heart depending on the measurements and intent, and XL is perfect for this fit all around. Long journey ahead, and thanks for the inspiration.

My new favorite UES, and I have quite a few. 11.4oz INDIGO DOUBLE WEAVE. Sometimes photos and descriptions just don't do a shirt justice.

Favorite new flannel (sorry IH) no wash or soak yet, but love the double fabrics on shoulders, and elbows down to cuffs. Great design, insane fabric.

I was on the fence with SHF, but now I'm a fan. Love how this is more of a washed black, and a bit more grey in the light (but still black)! 6-2 (196lbs) XXL.

sizing is tricky indeed, mine ended up an overshirt / jacket (my fault with getting wrong size a while back). Sleeves are traditionally a bit longer than usual (at least on mine) but all good. Sometimes we just acquire enough (too much) clothing and everything has it's perfect place and function.

@northsouthdenimguy Thank you. Good feedback, I was glad to see him do another release pre-order so I could grab a pair. This will be a good addition to my pants. I'm really only trying to buy 1-2 pants a year, and 4-5 shirts/jackets at most. Anything else just feels like over consumption.

Always love these Alcan double front pants from a few years back. Great for winter snow, muck, and mire.

RE: IHJ-152-BLK - CORDURA® Fleece Lined Windbreaker - Blackposted in Jackets
Picked up an XL for a good versatile technical jacket. I was originally going to grab the IH-153 Primaloft quilted Riders jacket, but it was pushed back a year due to some production issues. I figured I'll get one next year, and these are different enough and serve slightly different purposes. Love this jacket, and actually very warm with the fleece lining throughout. The Cordura shell fabric is impressive and will be a great jacket for riding my motorcycle. As with many IH jackets, the pockets and collar are top notch. This is certainly a "collar up" jacket and will get tons of use this winter. Special thanks to ISP for amazing customer service. Ready for the snow storm here in the midwest.

@Johnnyutah247 its always a bit of a surprise fit, and you can't go wrong. it ends up being the perfect fit shirt or perfect fit overshirt, and either way is great. share some pics and update.

@Northman Home Run! This is one of the best CPO's, and just gets better with time as the color and fabric softens. Amazing fabric, and twill lining. Fit looks great!

@SKT Really cool jacket, and unique design. I think it looks great, and you could always dial in the fit if you want with hot wash, and if you need a bit more a hot dry. Great choice!

@corralitos I sized up from normal XXL to XXXL and should have stayed. This is not a western CPO so pay close attention to measurements chest & shoulders.
