@Giles the Patek 6196P is lovely, but I'd probably spend the money on the less pretty Zenith GFJ because it's got a resurrected observatory chronometer movement. Here it is on the platinum bracelet, which adds another $50K to the price tag.

I got to try one on the other day for the first time. The model I had on was the one with date and power reserve and long story short it was wonderful. It felt substantial on the wrist and the perfect size in my opinion. -
