When I add a PERSONAL TEXT/MESSAGE at the checkout at the payment process and I get the order confirmation E-mail my text is missing in the confirmation.
So I am not sure if my information has reached IH UK team.
This is especially a problem because I am not located in the UK. I would like to avoid mistakes in the order processing because sending back and forth to the UK is expensive. So it would be good to see my order message text in the order confirmation E-Mail-
My workaround was to send a reply to IH UK with my order confirmation,

On the old site there was a step during check out where you could leave a message for the crew@AdamJ can look into this, we have some other adjustments to make on the checkout page so will see what is possible. Is perhaps down to the shop app's quick checkout.
should we just email the crew referencing the order for a request like this now?
For now, yes please. You get an order conf email from us, just reply to that please (it should send to shop@ironheart.co.uk)
Also, I found it really useful to be able to buy return shipping as a stand anlone item in the event I wanted to send something back to IHUK for maybe a retrofit snap upgrade or hemming. Will there be a way to do that in the new system?

@Travis2375 The wishlist was removed, from our stats it seemed to be a virtually unused feature on the old site. You're the second person to mention it, so if we get overwhelming feedback, we can look to incorporate it again in the future

@goosehd I did find the wishlist very usefull because I collected interesting IH goods in my wishlist and order then together. Every order costs 20 EUR, so I prefer Collective order.Another advantage is to start the order from the wishlist. Then I don´t have to go thru the whole shop to find the certain goods again. They are already marked/saved in the wishlist.
I think telling the customers the advantages of a wishlist is better than to wait for a potential user response , especially when a user cannot imagine the advantages.
Look at amazon. The wishlist there is a powerful function and sure improves the sale volumes .
The old function was a bit hidden on the site.

Noticed the measurements on the 403 are not rendering, not sure how much past products matter but something I noticed when trying to compare measurements

Hey guys, I noticed the IHSH-290-RED wasn't showing when filtering by weight or color in the shirt tab. See screenshot 1 and 2 below:
The shirt shows up when searching in the top right (global) search box:

@Subprime its not in the shirts category as it's in the outlet, however I can see the latest outlet additions are not showing their discounted price correctly, so we will need to work out whats gone wrong there in the morning UK time, and someone will come back to you here. Sorry about that

@ShopatIronHeart @AdamJ I experienced an issue that may be a bug or not. When checking out only one gift card can be used per transaction. The previous system allowed multiple.

@CosmoSix5 Word of advice. IHUK are very good at what they do and are extremely helpful when they can. As with any problem there are multiple ways to address issues and to seek resolution. One of them is to contact them directly through email and explain your situation. If they can help you, they will.
Reading through your post history, you often have complained about various issues and come off with a negative tone. You may not mean it or even know that you are doing it, but I am asking that you please watch how and what you post.
We all have bad days and feel like venting. Many of us vent here and find that others are supportive and caring. That’s what this place is all about. It’s a network of like minded people who love denim and the various other topics we discuss on a daily basis. It’s often said, that many of us come for the clothes, but stay for the people. I did and now visit these people I’ve met here whenever I can.

I was never able or had the option to use multiple coupons for the same item. It may mean that I don't know how and it was possible. I am in retail myself and usually options like that are limited to one per item. Again I am not saying that it was not possible but if it was it will be the exception in the world of retail.

Clicking on the “Recent Posts” link on the start page leads to a nonexistent page. This happens both on the mobile and desktop.
