Watches - another OCD problem
-
Just heard back from MB&F that I was picked for their M.A.D.2 raffle (I have entered the raffle each time). So this should be coming to me in the next few weeks or months. Not too excited to pay 31% tariff on it. Maybe I'll get lucky. Fourth green dial watch...
M.A.D. is the (much!) lower priced small series production from MB&F. It uses a La Joux-Perret G101 movement with a custom jumping hour module.

Man the Tudor Pelagos Ultra is mighty fine. Finally they restrained themselves from writing a novel on the dial @Giles
Cmon sports watch makers. Take it down a notch. This looks so much better. A sports watch should tell me the basics with minimal distraction and cognitive load.

It’s a Coke bottle green GShock type of day.

40th anniversary gold edition purchased back on my 40th

I love the steel bracelet of the Planet Ocean, but this specific model looks even better on the rubber bracelet, the way it was worn by Daniel Craig in Casino Royal. I just could not bring myself to pay 400 € for the original Omega rubber bracelet, so I got myself an aftermarket version and I must say, that I'm pretty happy with it.

Thanks for sharing @Graeme
I like the simplicity of the one on the right

Same. Very vintage without looking like it’s trying to be very vintage. The broad arrow is a nice touch.
-
@Graeme the watch on the right is very similar to the version launched in 2003, except for the more limited text.
It’s very nice. -
@Cole Love it! I have an 8500 with the gray ceramic bezel. And while I love the steel bracelet, I also sourced an official Omega rubber strap with the deployant, but I've always lusted after the in your picture. Where did you find it?

@Bobcat-Sig It is from eBay. I PM you the link.
