      Ship John x Wesco Derroll Engineers have landed. I put down the deposit in October and here they are before Christmas! I was expecting spring or early summer.
      Definitely going into heavy rotation and just wanted to post some pictures of the 'before'. I have a pair of White's engineers and these feel a little finer and more substantial. I'll post some patina pics going forward.

      I started with a 3A Model 10 and recently scored a size B off a forum member. I knew it was big but you really aren't prepared for the absolute chonk that is the size B

      Took a little road trip up the California Central Coast with the missus. I had to stop into Tendrel in Santa Barbara. Parker is a stand up guy and a fellow Gizzhead so we had a lot to chat about. I enjoyed his curated stock with California made items from Mister Freedom as well as Freenote Cloth. Of course plenty of Iron Heart on hand. If your in Santa Barbara check it out!

      Rocking the JLC next to the SEXIH25-CPOOD. Love the smaller, original-sized Reverso and when I was looking for one I was always annoyed when they did not show the reverse. So enjoy.

      Ranch Blouse.JPG

      New Mister Freedom Midnight Denim Ranch Blouse just landed. Here it is next to my 5 year old one in the same denim. Forgot how inky blue it used to be. Very interesting the details they changed in the current model. Took away the rounded collar, changed the lining on the underside of the collar and changed the button metal. Over all very satisfied and looking forward to fading this beaut!

      Went to KBBQ place with the Missus that uses coal instead of the usual gas grills. The staff actually did most of the grilling for us which I was not expecting but 10/10.

      Here is the TCB Cathart Chore Paw Stripe Coat. What a great wabash chore coat. The details are amazing. Heart buttons, the heart and paw stripes , the tcb cat on the inside of the coat . The sizing is crazy though , I am generally a 46 and with the measurements I went a 42 and it fits perfect.

      code 38.JPG
      I have my preferred weapons here. Three gens of Code 38 plus my trusty Durand. Love the Code 38. Everything is replaceable, they sell worm kits of varying sharpness and thickness, you can sharpen the foil cutter due to the lack of serration and replace it if need be. You can also adjust the action on the screw extension so you can one hand it. Then there is the Durand for anything over 10 years in the bottle and has always worked flawlessly. I have recovered so many half broken corks with this tool. I have opened vintages as old as 48 with no problem. If you like to drink vintage it is an absolute requirement.

      @94atromero
      As a vest expert, what dimension do use when trying to size a vest for purchase online? I generally use the shoulder width measurement to size tops but that doesn't hold for vests. Purely chest size? I hate when the shoulders on a vest over hang but also it can't be so tight the buttonholes look stretched when buttoned up.

      @Chibs
      I actually picked one up off the Wrangler site in black. With 15% Rakuten cash back it brought it down to under $300. The shipping weight was over 10 lbs an absolute beast. I love everything about it but I live in Coastal Southern California I have no idea what I was thinking.
