It never even occurred to me to look for a decaf version until last week, and I managed to find some pretty easily. Enjoying a cuppa right now. I've always wondered how a cake works

it's overall pretty simple
gently pry off the tea leaves trying to minimize breakage. weigh out how much needed and then wrap up the rest of the cake for later.

That is pretty straight forward! For some reason I had envisioned it being slightly more complicated.

First order of business for September: buy a bloody pu'erh cake!

I'd recommend buying a high quality Fukamushi and using the cold brew method. It'll change your summer life <3.
