It never even occurred to me to look for a decaf version until last week, and I managed to find some pretty easily. Enjoying a cuppa right now. it's overall pretty simple
gently pry off the tea leaves trying to minimize breakage. weigh out how much needed and then wrap up the rest of the cake for later.
