Imo the new compare function is a huge upgrade, especially the ability to search for and add products directly in the compare page. Much cleaner layout with single sizes in a dropdown menu, too

@WhiskeySandwich for cyber security reasons, we couldn’t migrate over passwords. You should have received an email from ship@ironheart.co.uk asking for you to reactivate your account. If you haven’t got that (double check spam please) then please drop us an email and we can manually resend it for you

Gift card amounts are still wonky in USD. The amounts are as they should be in GBP. Seems the issue.

@CosmoSix5 at launch, we will be moving everything under one umbrella, domain wise, but all USA/EU domains will have auto forwards in place so you should not have any broken links.

More importantly, none of our processes will be changing regarding how we handle EU or US orders, and your payments will still be processed locally so there are no international card fees etc etc. Just really domain tidying up, rather than changing the way we work with America (or the EU)

We are getting a lot of repetitive questions now - of course we want to answer them all, but please try searching first. When you are in this thread, hit cmd+f on mac, or on PC CTRL-F, you can search within this thread.

If that does not work, type this into the search bar:

When using "Compare", adding things via the inbuilt search function works great, but adding items from the product page does not. It says "loading" then hangs up. You can't close that compare tab either.

EDIT: I tested the above with different products and it is possible to add some from the product page but not others.

EDIT: It would appear that the items I cannot add to compare from their product pages are also not searchable from within the compare page, despite showing correctly when using the general, site-wide search function. Example: IHSB-TGN-NAT.

@neph93 we can replicate, something weird going on, so will investigate

@neph93 sorry, can you give us another example? We can only replicate with the TGN, so another example would help narrow down the issue
