New Iron Heart Website - Launching Soon!
-
The all-new Iron Heart website is launching next week—here’s what to expect as we upgrade:
Our current site will go offline from 10:00 BST on Tuesday, 15th April, as we migrate to a brand-new platform. This means you won’t be able to place new orders during the transition. We estimate the switch will take no longer than 48 hours—so fingers crossed, we’ll be back online (on all the same domains/URLs) and back to business as usual by Thursday, 17th April at the latest.
Don’t worry—orders placed before Tuesday will be processed and shipped without disruption. During the downtime, we’ll still be here to help. While our live chat service will be suspended during the migration, feel free to reach out via email, phone, here on the forum, or our social channels with any queries.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we promise—it’ll be worth the short wait. The new site is faster, easier to navigate, and will be more stable during high-traffic product releases, making for an all-around enhanced Iron Heart shopping experience. We can't wait to show you what we’ve been working on!
Follow this thread to stay updated while the website is offline—let's go!

Good luck with the migration!

Does this mean it will be even easier for us to move money from our bank accounts to yours @Giles ?
IHUK team, it seems like most new websites have some sort of AI integration in their systems. Do you have a similar plan to utilize it?

Not at the moment
-
@Alex I dislike AI being shoved in our faces everywhere, but I can see where it would be helpful on the business side of it.
-
Maybe some surprise new releases to coincide with new website?
-
Some timely Easter Eggs perhaps
-
@jordanscollected Dude, tell me about it. I need to speak to a human being at Substack about one of my subscriptions going all fuckey and I cannot for the life of me get hold of a real human being. The chatbot just directs me to the same unhelpful FAQ pages, or to an email address which is answered by, you guessed it, another chatbot.

Honestly I love the current site; I can’t wait to see an even more improved version of it!

Maybe, though that is largely dictated by what is ready in japan. It means nothing will launch on the old site after this week, though..

- 1 here.

The current website will be turned off at 10AM BST on Tuesday 15th of April and we're aiming to go live between 24-48 hours after this depending on a few things we need to take care of behind the scenes.
Some things to note:
-
Your existing customer accounts will be ported over, but we are unable to import your passwords. We will send an email inviting you to re-activate your account on the new system.
-
All of your order history will be migrated over and it will live in your account as usual. Reward vouchers will also be carried over and the codes will remain the same.
-
We are changing to a new CRM platform so there will be a brief period where our current help desk is unable to respond to your queries whilst we get setup. All other social channels such as Instagram, Facebook and the forum (of course!) will not be affected.
-
Any orders that have been placed up to the morning of Tuesday 15th April, we are aiming to have them all processed and shipped (where possible) before the down time.

The forum has now been moved to its new domain. Redirect are being put in place as I type, but if you have it bookmarked, or you have the mobile shortcut downloaded on your device, you will need to update it:
https://forum.ironheart.co.ukYou will need to login again as it's now treated as a 'new' domain. You'll also need to reinstall the app if you added it to your home screen.
