@Luijim78 cheers mate appreciate it, still early days but going to continue wearing it until it’s gets too warm .
@JunkPants Cheers bud , yeah it’s a great jacket super soft and plenty of room compared to my other Type lll which makes it great to work in..
-
@Jcaz6996 Wow, that looks amazing!!! I've been wearing mine for a couple of weeks, and it looks nowhere near as faded as yours. Fantastic work!!

@jiminstitches It sure is a perfect fit.
-
@jiminstitches nailed it, dude

@eemmmiiee If you're walking around in 20+ degrees with this jacket on, you will be warm very quickly
I wore it a few times last summer over a tee. Whilst it came in handy in the evening, during the day I was just carrying it around. Because heavy denim is quite rigid compared, I get uncomfortable pretty quick when it's warm
-
@eemmmiiee it would be, and body temp is subjective of course, but I don't think i'd be wearing any denim jacket in 30C for long

Agree with @Matt. Continue wearing it and eventually will all blend in

I think as you continue to wear it it will continue to fade and you won’t notice it.
Just out of curiosity, why did you wash it in the first place? I’ve had a IJ-24 for about ten years and haven’t washed it once.
Yep thanks. I’ll hope so.
Well, it needs a refresh after a long day wearing in the sun.
Won’t happen again that I forget the pre-soak. Damn.
-
@suitcaselife Is presoaking supposed to help prevent this?

Heyho, jep. I guess it’s because the fibre will soften up with a presoak but I don’t know the magic behind it exactly

I've only machine washed one iron heart denim item. It looked that same way lol. And I did a soak. It's the spin cycle mtl. Now I hand wash in a bin. Snap a few times and hand dry
