I've been wearing mine indoors more like a shirt pretty much every day since I got it (been too cold lately for outside wear, -10C). Wear/fades is always super slow for me on jackets and shirts, but I'm in no rush. Always loved black denim (XHSbb was my first IH item), but love it more and more every day.

I will say that the drape/fit on this jacket got so much better after I got rid of the folds on the arms. IMO those heavy arm creases/folds were the main reason the fit of this jacket looked a bit odd in the initial photos.

Awesome jacket. 10/10 for me and highly recommended if you've been on the fence. (I see IH germany still has most sizes in stock for instance).

The generous sleeves had me uneasy with nabbing one, initially. My size sold out rather quickly, as well. But, I found that one came back into stock, when I checked, this morning. So, I decided to give it a go...

I am thinking to get this jacket. However, I am concerned about the weather where I live. Does anyone feel comfortable wearing this jacket in between 20 and 30 degree Celsius weather?

@eemmmiiee If you're walking around in 20+ degrees with this jacket on, you will be warm very quickly

I wore it a few times last summer over a tee. Whilst it came in handy in the evening, during the day I was just carrying it around. Because heavy denim is quite rigid compared, I get uncomfortable pretty quick when it's warm

@eemmmiiee it would be, and body temp is subjective of course, but I don't think i'd be wearing any denim jacket in 30C for long

I think as you continue to wear it it will continue to fade and you won’t notice it.

Just out of curiosity, why did you wash it in the first place? I’ve had a IJ-24 for about ten years and haven’t washed it once.
