Cameras and speeding fines are very unpopular in the UK, but drivers have slowed down over the years, especially on motorways.

@AdamJ it is sometimes possible to make it to second gear! Still the soles of my office shoes always wear out faster on my clutch foot.

The M25 is a one of the reasons I now drive an auto.

@NickD yes. depending on the type of road and the amount you're over by. at some stage the fines are based of your income.

a3 to m25 junction gets on my nerves every time after leaving gosport. wonder if that shit show has been completed

Sold both of these back in fall of 2019(among a couple other cars) but gained a wife and three step kids. The funny thing is my stepdad did the exact same thing when he met my mom and they got married.
