Assume you’re referring to the Red Japanese maple there’s actually quite a few on the property. This one’s beautiful there’s one other that’s quite a bit smaller that is really special. The lady that owned the house originally was a horticulturist, half an acre just chock full of amazing trees and bushes. things that pop up one year but not the other. It’s really kind of cool.

@northsouthdenimguy That's the one. We're currently planning on getting a few more trees around the house, I'll look that up to see if it would suit our needs.

OK, I won’t spam this with too many photos but the main floor and the house in general was just really kind of cut up with smaller rooms. We opened up the living room to the kitchen to the dining room and foyer. installed a giant hidden beam to carry the loads. Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of before pictures. I think my wife does even so it’s kind of hard to see what was there before as the rooms were so tight.
But essentially opened up the entire back wall put in fixed windows and doors, plastered the brick fireplace. there’s a hidden pantry on the left side of the kitchen through the double cabinet doors, which is where the green cabinetry with the coffee maker and microwave is located.

Did not get it. After 10 days or so of nagging from me as to where it actually was (not with us.........). I got this today......
"I have just received an update from our warehouse department, and unfortunately, there was a mix-up. The staff was unable to locate the rug, and we now consider it lost.."

Not surprisingly, after I had a chat with them, they gave us a substantial discount on an alternative.
