IH-526J-142OD - 14oz Selvedge Denim Modified Type III - Overdyed Indigo

I find it still superhard to take accurate pictures of overdyed stuff. Today, during sunset however worked well.
Also my plan to wear it all winter is going great. I use it as a top layer above a woolen sweater and deck vest on milder days, with a down vest on top on colder ones and sometimes even instead of a shirt inside.
Hard to fade, but I feel, I have cracked the bonding of the black dye a bit by now.

I sooooo don't need another jacket, but this one is really looking nice. Been trying to hold out for the "Lefty" or "Lefty OD" restock, but this one caught my eye and looks really nice. Like the fact that it's overdyed yet is still in a lighter weight. Was looking at this one as well as an Oni 20oz black type III, but the Iron Heart seems to have much more visual interest with the contrast stitching and brass buttons. My wallet is hating me...

@Nostradamion pretty sure they are silver as per the standard indigo version but they are oxidised during the over dyeing process.

We always update the sizing chart if there are sizing changes between runs - It would be pretty pointless publishing an incorrect sizing chart

Jacket arrived today (insanely fast shipping!!!), and I'm chuffed!! The texture is soft and buttery, yet it has some underlying heft to it; the Iron Heart alchemy is strong with this one. I have to agree with one of the previous posters in that I'm also surprised this model isn't bigger than it is because it's absolutely top notch. I'm probably going to get a Lefty when they're restocked, but until then, this one is definitely going to get a lot of mileage.

@Nostradamion congrats man!! I’m looking to grab the black black version myself. I love the 14oz denim for shirts. I’m betting it’s pretty rad for a type 3 too!!

@Mizmazzle Thanks much!! Yeah, the jacket is killer; the fit is spot on, and it seems to occupy that space where it's not too heavy, but it's also not too light. Almost exists in a "Goldilocks" zone. One thing to note: I ended up getting some black dye on my hands and arms, so because of this, I would initially recommend wearing dark shirts with this jacket for a bit until it settles in.

Correct. Have removed. A consequence of over excitement and schoolboy error (as the backdrop was the slap-in-the-face obvious clue that the pics were from a different shoot.
Well, that and the lengths and other details.
