I'm torn between a new pair of half cabs or Classic Rowley's for summer.

@RobeOfTheMagi I have had many pairs of vans but not a pair of half cabs yet so I'm stoked to try 'em out. Which Rowleys were you looking at?

I’ve found Half Cabs to be the most comfortable Vans model by far, you’ll be happy with them @Oaktavia

I’m not sure if it’s all, or just the skateboard ones- but the new insoles are really really comfortable.

@october-rust right on that is awesome to hear. The ones I ordered are the newer skate version. Looking forward to when they land next week.

@Oaktavia Hey man. I was looking at the all black skate Rowley's. But I've bought Etnies Marana with Michelin soles now. It's probably the most durable skate shoe on the market; which makes it one of the most durable sneakers in the world :).

Would wear those. Now you've got me looking into upcoming collections! Did a few projects with some of the guys from Harris Tweed a few years back. Cool story and cool fabrics.

Vans always has great stuff but recently they have started to fall apart really quickly, especially the authentic. That said, it‘s still my favourite summer shoe. They did some heavy duck canvas ones last season, those are cool!

@Oaktavia half cabs are one of the best shoes out of the vans line up. Comfortable, looks good and feels great skating and riding bmx if you into that.
But just as it is, also an amazing shoe. Especially the skate/pro versions with the Cush insoles🫶
