My order froze, and I received an error when I clicked to pay, but I received an order confirmation email message along with a payment notification on my credit card statement. Just a heads up in case anybody else runs into that, so you don't order twice.

Think of it as a queue in a record shop on release day, the shop(site) is good to go, but there is a bottleneck (the process of adding to cart/checking out etc) that you are queued in, but will eventually get there

I picked up a black kersey. Took a while but not as long as some people have experienced, really just a couple minutes to load each step. The key was definitely just waiting it out.
