It's an absolute delight, and super easy. Paula thought she disliked gnocchi and spinach, so I cooked her something else to eat when I made this. She's now in love

Reading over the recipe... sounds like a can't miss. Do you use pre-made/store bought gnocchi or have a separate recipe for this as well?

I've been thinking of making gnocchis from scratch. I've seen a few recipes on IG. It seems doable.
