Thanks @Heavy_blue I wasn’t loving how you could see the shaft of the boots under the jeans, but they have sort of softened up a bit and it isn’t as pronounced.

I am totally pissed. The eyelets on my M-43s are coming loose. Looks like they are not grabbing the leather enough, and the diameter of the inner side looks terribly small to begin with. Emailed Lofgren, asking if and how this can be fixed. Received a gentle but determined Fuck Off and the advice to contact the seller. Will get in touch with my local cobbler to see if he can put in slightly oversized eyelets.

Total bummer @tody that really sucks after spending that kind of money. I fell like even if it was a less expensive pair of shoes that eyelets should stay attached. That’s kind of a basic part of shoe making no?
