when I look at my one , I think the one who assembled it just made a mistake. He mixed the right and left side of the clasp mechanism arms.
and on the one from my wife it’s just been forgotten

yes of course they are absolutely beautiful and awesome jewelry.
and they are not cheap , and that’s the point if you ask me.
it’s not a big thing , but it’s something I‘am not 100% happy with to be honest.
I spend lots of money because I want that perfect craftsmanship and quality.
same with denim , that’s why I buy Iron Heart and not Levi’s made in Bangladesh

@Daniel-San I get that and I'm the same I personally would reach out to gah and see what they have to say about it. At the end of the day you want to be happy with your purchase. Hope everything gets resolved for you.

@Daniel-San sorry to see this. I actually think you may be best contacting GAH directly to start with, as we have no stock to replace it with nor the wherewithal to repair it. Of course, we could take it back for a refund but I assume your preference is to get it correct.

Used the contact form on their website and Rachel answered right away
It is like I thought, the arms are symmetrical and can be mounted on each side. So they make us new ones
. Don’t know exactly how this will be done and when but it seems that they take it pretty serious . Took some pictures they requested and asked how it continues.

Checkout the product photos at the various retailers. They usually provide some different pictures on different models. This has helped me bookend / estimate how big various things actually wear.

could have sworn it was listed as an "in stock" item when i ordered but maybe i confused it with the other new t-shirt that is "in stock".
I also figured the 4-6 weeks shipping time referenced on their website (assuming this is where you are getting 6 weeks from, because it doesnt say that on my order confirmation) was related to the silver items they actually make and not tshirts, but thanks anyway.

@pechelman I thought the same,when I double checked because it was taking so long it says 4to6 weeks,never mind it was chucked in with the braclet .
