It hasn't been too bad in all honesty. Mrs H was a hero with letting me get a functional amount of sleep this last year, and training Baby H to sleep through a full night. (Which she does reliably provided she doesn't have a cough or cold.)

And I don't think I'm being biased when I say that Baby H is remarkably chilled out. It's a small sample, sure, but among her peers from our parenting classes, and her same-age cousins, she is definitely happier to just sit and observe what's going on without getting bored or fussy. She eats practically anything (avocado gets spat out, but I can't blame her, it's overpriced slime).

Next chapter starts today - Baby H's first day at nursery and Mrs H's first day back at work.

Don’t let the snow you see fool you. As of 1-22-24 I have not touched a shovel or snow brush. We have had the least amount of snow I can ever remember, and one of the lowest since the 1870’s.
