Well the remaining 5 Guys have submitted their picks of 5 different teams. We have @Mizmazzle riding with The Broncos. Looks like it could be cold and maybe even snowy in Mile High this Sunday,but not to worry Taylor Swift will personally warm up the stadium so,new boyfriend, Travis Kelce can catch the football. @IrishHeart is this weeks Eagles fan,and I can’t blame him after what they did to the Dolphins last week. @Matt is going for two in a row,with The Ravens Cawing the Cardinals in week #8. @Twistlock is hoping The Dolphins rebound from the Eagles game. And last but not least @scooter is not ,the least bit,concerned about Da Bears beating Da Chargers. Good luck to all!

@goosehd Dude, Wait till it’s week #14 and I’m desperately searching for an angle/theme to write about. I might ask you to do it. In all seriousness, I enjoy doing it,and in so many aspects in life you get back what you put into it. I feel as if the IH Forum has been such an intrinsic part of my life that the least I could do is organize a little Football Pool. Super happy that people are participating!

We did it!! We really did it!!! After 16 agonizing losses in a row to the Chiefs, The Broncos wiped that smirk off Mahomes face and broke an 8 year curse!! Praise be to Jah!!
In the easy chair with my boots on, melted whiskey in my hand. Could'na been asleep for more than three hours...time to go to work again...

That was… unexpected. Though last season (here I go again
) should have won against the Chiefs in December. I think they called back the one downfield play Russell made on a bullshit OPI call that tanked the Donks down the stretch. It is good to see some energy at any rate despite the enduring systemic challenges that will be hard do navigate. -
It’s time for the week 8 wrap up with all 5 of our prognosticators still in the pool with new guy @Mizmazzle looking like Michael Phelps with that gutsy pick of the Broncos ,who had lost 16 straight to The Chiefs. No problem he said and boy was he ,ever,right.And he thought I was trying to hustle him? I’m sure @Matt had a big smile on his face as he was drinking his morning CAWFEE,celebrating another Ravens win,and his second win in a row. @Twistlock isn’t swimming with the fishes,thanks to a convincing win by The Dolphins over The Patriots. The Commandos gave the Eagles all they could handle but they got the win and keep @IrishHeart in the pool. And lets not forget @scooter who gets to charge into next week thanks to Da Bears not being very grizzly.
