I've lost almost complete interest in F1 (and I come from a family of people who raced cars seriously, albeit amateur) since the Liberty Media takeover. Yes it was fucked up too under Bernie and Max, but now (as I am sure I have said here before) it seems to be about entertainment first and foremost and sport as an incidental second.

Not long ago, my weekends would completely revolve around watching quali and the race. Last weekend I did not even know there was a race on, let alone Monza...

@Giles And on another note last year the NFL Commissioner(Roger Godell)announced that the NFL was well on its way to making their goal to be earning 25 Billion a year. And people think that they care about the outcome of the games. Why none of this surprises me.
