Yeah man, fully agree with you. We actually are going to be discontinuing the pale rider in its current form as the leather from Italy is not a good enough standard, often enough, to make sense commercially.

Steve has to reject 80% of what he's sent, and it causes too much work all round. He's currently in discussion with Blattwerk regarding a natural leather from them that is a similar colour to the pale rider now to replace it with, and then we could consider a rough out one to go alongside the 'restock' of the smooth out

Too bad @Alex. I’ve always dreamed of a 21oz. cpo. Is the construction that different from a type III? What’s the problematic area? The collar? Shoulders?
