These chinos intrigue me 
but…
...maybe there is an error (i wish) in the measurements:
knees in size 29 (my size!)  is 11" , in 30 is 8" and so on, up the 42, that is 9.6"…
Is this bizarre or wrong?  ???

What kind of stretch could we expect out of chino cloth?

@AdamJ just curious why the Navy is a limited restock?  Are these not selling as well as the khaki and black or is it just a matter of some other production issue?
