Ah great, still tired from the weekend, hangovers seem to last longer these days haha. had a lot of fun and fully agree with @neph93 - pickled herring rolls are best, don't miss it!

We do great things with pickled herring in Norway. Mostly jars with chunks of it in different sauces and marinades like vinegar, onion and rosepepper, tomato and onion or even a curry an yoghurt sauce. But I really like roll mops or while fillet like in the pic. Another reason to get back to Germany.

@illo59 I wasn't in Hamburg last weekend but now I am. So unfortunately I can't make it to the Allgäu. But we definitely need to hang out soon.

Sorry, it took a while since Thomas and I have been quite busy.
However, I added a patch:“, the „Münchner Kindl“ (coat of arms of Munich) and put it in a proper packing. I will bring it to the post office tomorrow.Next stop: Bavaria again
