We do great things with pickled herring in Norway. Mostly jars with chunks of it in different sauces and marinades like vinegar, onion and rosepepper, tomato and onion or even a curry an yoghurt sauce. But I really like roll mops or while fillet like in the pic. Another reason to get back to Germany.

Sorry, it took a while since Thomas and I have been quite busy.
However, I added a patch:“, the „Münchner Kindl“ (coat of arms of Munich) and put it in a proper packing. I will bring it to the post office tomorrow.

Didn’t had time for a proper fit pic.. at the moment I repairing a pasture fence.. don’t want that my cows go away. And no worries about smell I don’t wear the Jacket in the near of cows
