I would to include myself on this tour, but I'm an XL in most Iron Heart items. This wouldn't get even close to fitting me.
Does anyone want to start a larger sized item and getting it going?
How did this jacket idea come up originally and who actually owns it outright?
Generally the tours are either sponsored by IHUK (they provide the item), or crowd funded. The Fatboy IH-888-NT tour was sponsored by the somewhat legendary @Megatron1505.
There is an XXL IH-526L-OD tour going on right now. That was crowd funded by those involved someone has dropped out though so if you wanted a 25USD share in a jacket that you get to wear and document here about once every 18 months then I might be able to arrange that.

It was my brain child, and I footed the bill on it.
I just thought that the jacket would look great patched-out, but if I did it all myself, it would look "over planned"… So basically it's just a group fashion project, and a wearable passport, collecting "stamps" at every stop along it's journey.

The Party is back on the map! Thanks to @Jim - the beauty arrived earlier today. First out of the box fit pic - pretty happy with it! Glad i got this today, just in time to crack open some cold ones with the boys. Me an the jacket will be attending and the bachelor party of a dear friend in T-1 hour. Pics tomorrow (hopefully).

Ok, just started my leg of the tour here in Hamburg and loved the first days in the jacket. Wasn‘t sure about the fit but it turned out to be a great one. I’ll try to provide some pictures and to bring this tour a bit back to life. Let’s see how much i can do - i hope you guys enjoy my leg and the peek into our life. Just a small disclaimer: I‘m not into fancy photography so i snap all my pics with my 2016 iphone se - if they appear crappy: sorry not sorry
As i said i visited a bachelor party yesterday and as Anthony guessed: No pics allowed - but here‘s the first and the last beer of the evening, plus: the inner pockets proof that this is a party jacket [emoji482]
After a short night we got up and started the day with some selfmade apple-raspberry-jam and breakfast-practice:
Later we went for a walk to finally enjoy some summer vibes. A bit to warm for the jacket…

Back home we had our sunday-cake and i enjoyed the last bit of my IH-Vienna beans… i took some snaps of my UHR wich had their 4th soak yesterday and finally dried by the sun today and started to make dinner for us while wifey and baby took a well deserved power-nap.
Now I‘m going to enjoy the last beer for this week and get ready for working week.

Babyboys sleeping and it’s a rainy evening so i have some time to give a update - Here‘s a small summary of the last 2 days.
As all of us know when it‘s monday and we gotta go back to the coal mines of hard work free time is very appreciated and rare. Yesterday i packed my swimming bag before work to go for a after work swim, normally i go before work but i had to start early.
I work as a social worker for a foundation who looks after handicapped people of all ages and all sorts of different handicaps. Part of my job is to take part of quality circles and speak with our clients and talk with them about how satisfied they are with staff and service and what can be optimized. Sometimes interesting, sometimes lengthy, always different, always sweets and coffee.
My old school „pen & paper“ calendar, Midori pencil and leftover lunch…
After a long day i stopped at my pool & i realized they are closed on monday evenings. Bummer. I decided to do another good thing for my body
At home i prepared meals for the evening and watched the last episode of GOT with wifey.
Today i got up even earlier to finally jump into the pool. Me attended at 6:30 AM.

Swimming routine was followed by pumping my favorite Pantera LP in the car on my way to another quality circle at work and some boring office routine:
Did i mention the rainy day?
Back at home i enjoyed some quality time with baby boy, he is 6 months old and the coolest dude i‘ve ever met in my live. He really cheers up everything & i never was able to imagine how happy a kid would make me.
As happy as he makes me when he is awake - i am also happy when he is asleep and i finally can enjoy mama & daddy time with a piece of the tasty banana bread she made today [emoji108]
Another thing on the jacket: The whipcord is one of my fav IH fabrics, so tough but comfortable. I‘m really tempted to get one of that jackets for myself…

Btw, Hamburg is a great city. My wife and I went there for 4-5 days for the Christmas Market back in 2016. Actually, we went to Bäderland while we were there! My wife is Japanese, so she loves saunas and spas… but, she want prepaired for full-nude co-ed saunas. It didn't help her nervousness that I also kept whispering "Ich bin nackt", lol!

i can imagine, sounds a bit funny though. in which bäderland did you go? there are some really nice saunas. hamburg is great and very beautiful- but in the last years i got a bit tired of the big city and over-hectic people having a bad mood.
