With the large waist, these will be my dialy summer jeans and perfect for concealed carry. Glad to have this, my 18oz vintage, 14oz OD and my LF 10oz ducks for hot ass, sticky summer weather. Want to wear these hard this year.

Having had the 18oz Vintage and now having the 16oz Vintage there is definitely enough difference to justify both. The 16oz gets much softer much quicker than the 18oz Vintage (I’ve worn my 16oz 666’s less than 3 full days and they are MUCH softer already than my 18oz were after 30 wears. The 16oz seems to have a bit less character as well, not in a bad or boring way, it’s just less slubby than my 18oz Vintage 666’s were. I could definitely see myself justifying having both.

I just got a pair of these in 38 and they fit perfectly. Can't wait to rock them once I get them hemmed a couple inches. It's shocking how light they feel after wearing my 21 oz 301s for the past month. Perfect warm weather jeans.
