My favorite teppanyaki restaurant as a boy was Sakura in Jackson, MS. It was always so special to go there. So I have a warm association with the term myself and warmer now.

So we spent yesterday at the factory, looking at progress, making decisions etc etc etc….

Next door to Sakura, was one a few months further on in the build….

Yeah, we saw one in the harbour the night before we went to the factory.  I will admit to saying very loud and very slowly,
"HOLY FUCK"….
