I got my first pair of engineer boots in the mail today… they are Lofgrens and take at least twice as long to put on as my lace up boots  I’m not even gonna try that one

They can be a real pain when they're new, but man if they're not the prettiest! I took mine to a shoe place to get stretched twice — that definitely helped. They also have this silicone spray they can put in the back for you that helps your heel slide in. That and the ol' plastic bag trick — it took a while for me to be able to get mine one with any kind of ease

Thanks @vaquero357. The Guzzi is my pride and joy - an '83 SP 650.

The jacket has taken years to soften up and start developing a bit of evolution but it's well and truly broken in now. Good for around town, but wouldn't wear it on the open road.

Post some pics of your riders when it arrives yeah?
