I sized slightly over my true waist size. I like the extra room in most of my jeans in various cuts.

Yes, that’s one of the amazing things about them… super slubby on the outside, and quite soft and comfortable on the inside. I’ve had them on for an hour or so and they’re quite comfy from the start… not much “breaking-in” required.

I’m holding off on mine too, even though it is hard. 16oz is summer weight for sure. The way things are here it’s XHS and UHR all day everyday.

Back from hemming today, start wearing them soon 
For you guys in Germany, I can highly recommend Manuela from Pott Manu‘facture in Berlin if you need your jeans hemmed. She did an absolutely great job !!
