I've definitely seen this back pocket shape with Lee, great call. Some vintage Lee have a Lee label opposite where the W is on the top hem of the pocket too.

I suspect that they are the 888, pretty much. They won’t be called that due to the pocket shape, and possibly also because the Pronto cuts always have their own lot numbers, independent of Japan and ROW.

It’s hard to be so excited about something like the details on these pants and not have anyone in your personal life that you can talk to about it.  My wife would look at me like I was trying to explain the plot of a Marvel movie or physics to her.  I think that’s why the forum is so successful.
