Tomorrow is Mom's 75th birthday so I made her a Boston Cream pie completely from scratch.

I've always wanted to know how to make a custard and I'm obsessed with eclairs that have real custard versus vanilla pudding. The cake seems to have turned out perfectly and the custard tastes amazing. The frickin ganache got all bubbly and that really pisses me off but I guess it'll make a turd. ‍️

We are looking to move out of Florida and looking at states that have seasons and better climates. Tennessee has come up before. It looks beautiful. I would really love to move to Maine or Utah.

@Jcaz6996 yeah mate we did this time last year actually when we were trying to keep it quiet about Danni being pregnant.  But she ordered a well done steak and his response was "you're either pregnant, or im not serving it to you"  our faces said it all!
