Calling all NFL fans. How about a little elimination pool. Just for fun/bragging rights. Simple…Just correctly  pick the outcome of one game a week. It can be a team to win or if you don’t,particularly,like a team, it might be more satisfying to pick them to loose. You have to play every week or your out. In most of these pools you can’t use the same team twice,but in real life you can bet the same team to win or loose every week, so the same applies here. It’s not as easy as it sounds. One loss and you’re out. I’ll go first. I’m not exactly a Ravens fan,but there is no way that The Jets beat the Ravens. Surprised the spread is only 6.5! So it’s the Jets to Loose! Anyone else?  Obviously,I’ll keep track.

I am going to go out on a limb and say the Broncos beat the Seahawks week 1. I like to think of it as a revenge game for Russel Wilson lol.

.  Many years ago I ran my office football pool and,one of the women who played, would pick whichever animal she thought would beat the other one in a fight. She actually did surprisingly well. Bold pick @Twistlock

Interestingly enough, Joe Flacco is said to be starting with the Jets against the Ravens on Sunday. CJ Mosely is on the Jets too, also a former Raven. Should be a fun game!

The Chiefs are the team my wife and I currently root for. NY teams have sucked for too long. Their game last season against The Bills ranks up there with the best I’ve ever seen. As I said in the original post,this is purely for fun and bragging rights for whoever lasts the longest. Welcome aboard. @SKT

Chiefs are definitely fun to watch. I’m happy with this year’s roster. I don’t follow the NFL as much as I do NCAA and I’m a huge Mizzou Tigers fan. I grew up a St. Louis Cardinals fan (Neil Lomax, Ottis Anderson era). Then I moved to Dallas, TX in junior high and became a cowboys fan literally by proximity because I had always hated them so much  Then came back to Missouri for school and haven’t left. We are true Chiefs fans now. Should be a fun season
