I did the grocery shopping, worked out, took the dog for a run, watched the new Predator movie and made dinner.  Then I sat in the backyard and drank some wine after they got home.  It was great.

I enjoyed d it very much.  Thanks hadn’t seen the last one or two or any of the AvP movies but this me was real solid.  The main character is great.

I finally got to see a doctor and they did an EKG and there's an abnormality with my heart. I just had several vials of blood drawn and I have an appointment to see a cardiologist on the 25th. They also put me on two different medications for anxiety. I'll let you know when I find out what's up. The medicine for anxiety seemed to work almost immediately because I wanted to get up last night to see the meteor shower and I woke up this morning on my side in the same position as when I fell asleep. Slept like a rock.

@Filthy Hope the doc sorts you out promptly and gets you back to feeling well. We still need you around here as the ‘bib leader’ and inspiration. Keep us updated and take care!

Also, enjoy the anti anxiety meds.  I call them dad pills and they saved my marriage if not my life.

I'm on the job hunt as of now. Left a job in mid 2019 planning on taking 3-6 months off, then covid hit and put everything on hold. Decided to just be a stay at home parent for the last couple of years. Looking to get back out there. I'm finding I'm either very over-qualified, or I have no experience in the field. Building a resume for the first time in about a decade.
