That idiot sent me a couple messages too. I won't repeat what I said to them. I wonder who's naive enough to fall for any of those scams? I have reported them several times and I blocked them.

The lesson here is that Instagram doesn't give a shit about you, and that social media sucks. Unless they are getting money from you, they are not incentivized to care about your account's security–paying with your privacy and your advertising clicks is not enough to get their attention.
I am long off Facebook and much the better for it. It is a cesspool and they have demonstrated repeatedly that they don't deserve my participation or support. Are there positives that I miss? Undoubtedly. Are those positives FAR outweighed by the negatives? Also undoubtedly.
I have an IG account. I removed the app and dialed back my participation to be more on a weekly than a daily basis, strictly from the Web. Then one day they asked for my date of birth and I said "ya know what? fuck off!" and the account has gone from mostly to completely dormant. While less toxic than Facebook and a less obvious "no, thanks," I am still in the same place with them.
So if you get an IG message from @mclaincausey be sure to check with me here first because it is almost certainly not me. Also if you do happen to see activity on my account, a heads-up would be appreciated.

I finally got to see a doctor and they did an EKG and there's an abnormality with my heart. I just had several vials of blood drawn and I have an appointment to see a cardiologist on the 25th. They also put me on two different medications for anxiety. I'll let you know when I find out what's up. The medicine for anxiety seemed to work almost immediately because I wanted to get up last night to see the meteor shower and I woke up this morning on my side in the same position as when I fell asleep. Slept like a rock.

@Filthy Hope the doc sorts you out promptly and gets you back to feeling well. We still need you around here as the ‘bib leader’ and inspiration. Keep us updated and take care!
