WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)

Six years ago, @Madame Buttonfly and I visited one of our favourite gardens:

We saw the most amazing Magnolia in full bloom. We determined to get one for our garden. There is only one place in The UK that sold this particular species, and it is 200 miles away, so we drove down, stayed over a night or two, and bought the most expensive twig ever
It has just bloomed for the first time, and the wait was worth it….
-
Wow, she’s a beaut! Worth the wait.
-
I love magnolias!
We have a few more, here is another pink, about a week away from peak bloom….
-
Beautiful magnolias. It's amazing the different varieties there are. A neighbor has a similar to yours, which I think they call a tulip magnolia.

Way back in the early days of Covid times, my wife found insanely cheap flights to Tokyo and booked them as far out as possible, in hopes that the pandemic would be a memory by the time we were supposed to go. Sadly, that turned out to not be the case and we had to cancel. So instead, we are currently in Maui.
People will tell you that Hawaii has no predators, but that's a lie.
Yesterday, we went whale watching, which was great. And while we saw many whales, my photography skills are far, far less impressive than the reality, so I won't inflict them on you… -
Going to Puerto Vallarta! Thanks again to @Kirk for a solid transaction on the heaviest garment I’m taking.

Hell yeah @mclaincausey. Shirt looks good on you, man. Enjoy your vacation. By the looks of it you already are.
-
Watching dust from the Sahrah, which has traveled over thousand kilometers through Europe the last days…

Following picture was taken bye @Max Power !
Four days ago, you can already see the #SaharaSand floating in the background! -
You're so right @Aetas
We had a crimson sky a few days back, shortly before it started to rain. And afterwards my whole car (that I had just washed) was covered in red mud.
-
Stunning shots @Aetas that sky is gorgeous!
