Yup so true. That’s what bugs me about the 3sixteen! It took me forever to find that long version. It fit great and now im sort of starting the whole process over again

I agree that MbS sizing is a bit all over the map. While I love their heavier fabrics they could use some serious improvement getting some more consistency in their fit. I know there's a bit of Wabi Sabi in their narrative and the use of loopwheel machines, but I'd love to know what I'm gonna get when I order. Damn you, IHUK for spoiling me !

Dude, for real. So often I wanna call up a company and be like "hey can you tell me the exact measurements of the pair you're sending me?" but I know they'd probably just laugh at me.
Also IH's return policy is a lot easier/more resonable for international orders. The XLs I got from MBS were from Germany — had they been from a US retailer I probably would've returned em. I'll be going domestic in the future to account for size weirdness.

Carrey and his mate were supposed to be from Rhode Island, my friend and I were from RI and when we started in the Pa. mill this movie had just been released .

LOL @Filthy I think that's one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.
Spoilers ahead, but if you haven't seen Dumb & Dumber that's kind of on you
The studio wanted the final scene to pan out differently, with Harry and Lloyd figuring out they should get on the bus and doing so. The Farrelly Brothers (and I think Jim Carrey) were quite adamant and would not budge on the original ending. They were correct. Were it left to the studio, this and several other key things about the movie would have been wrong (they didn't want Jeff Daniels, for instance), and the movie would have flopped.

You're just never satisfied, are you? I mean, they took the initiative to go the extra few thousand miles and went all the way to Australia to deliver your book, but are you grateful? Nooooo, you're focused on the most insignificant little details…

So much of it's improv'd, too — iirc the "WE LANDED ON THE MOON?" part, included. Aka my fave bit from the whole movie.
