This one is a blend of Porters that were aged in bourbon barrels from different distilleries, but as much as I love Bourbon the bourbon barrel oakiness combined with the high alcohol make this one less enjoyable. First one from these guys that I haven’t liked. $20 for the bottle. Oh well.

My brother gave me a bottle. Not something I would have bought. I was expecting a sweet mess. It was actually very good. Didn’t taste much like cola, which was a good thing.

One of my favorite Pils

My go to BA Stout. Much preferred to the adjunct versions. Bonus that my wife likes it. 2021 version didn’t disappoint.

Nice BCBS pickup @Sage954
I had the Willet version last year, and while it was good, price wise nothing touches the original
A couple years ago I managed to find somewhere that was doing a growler fill of this stuff…"bad" idea -
These two couldn’t be more different.
Ha! Boh knows. If I had a nickel for every one of those I put away in high school I’d have a whole lot of nickels. Of course nickels taste better so I’d have been better off eating those. The holiday can is a classy touch. I guess that’s what happens when your hometown beer gets bougie. Thanks gentrification.
