Spicing things up with roast butternut squash, marinating it here in olive oil, salt, pepper and bashed coriander seeds and some of the chillis I bought in Mexico (in another era) when we were there with @kiya and Demitra

Yes probably… we call them Saibling... they live/are cultivated in cold mountain waters

That sounds like char. We call them røye in Norway. The lake at the cabin Giles and Paula visited is stocked with them, that is definitely cold mountain water.
