Glad everyone likes the denim so much. Truly I think it's one of the most interesting denim styles we've carried from any brand, and that's after nearly 20 years of selling quite a few styles of Japanese denim...

I wanted a denim which would encapsulate all the denim styles created by Iron Heart over the years. The heft of the 21oz, the character of the SLB denim, the saturation of the Vintage denim, and the light hairiness of the UHR. We went through a few samples of different textiles to get to this one, once the samples were finished we knew we liked it but it wasn't until I had been wearing a pair of the jeans for 2 months that I realized "shit, this could be one of the best denim styles we've ever had". The way it feels, the vintage rug-like waviness to it, and the way the electric blue starts to peak out after just a few weeks of wear. It's perfect, and we're happy to say there is some denim left so we will try to do some more CPO shirts if all goes as planned for early next year (without the W on the chest, that says on the first run).

New fabric development in Japan has slowed down quite a bit over the years, and after quite a lot of back and forth with both IH UK and JP teams, we've just finished production on a new denim which we think is quite nice.

With this new 19oz denim we looked at all the denim styles ever created by Iron Heart and tried to produce something which encapsulated a little bit from each denim they've produced, from their 14oz all the way up to their 25oz denim.

We were so pleased with the denim we thought it would only be right to do all the "greatest hits" in indigo and overdyed versions. We have the 633 straight tapered jean, the 301 slim tapered jean, a CPO shirt, and a modified Type III jacket. All done in indigo and overdyed, along with a special printed t-shirt which will release at the same time as the rest of the collection on May 31st.

We're having a release party at Self Edge Los Angeles on May 31st with the full Iron Heart UK and Japan teams in attendance, hope some of you can make it!

I'll be using this thread to post measurements and photos of the jeans in a couple of weeks, in the meantime..

As a quick note.. our stock levels you see online never represent what we actually have in our stores for high-demand new releases. We hold back multiples of every size for every one of our 6 store locations. Our in-store locations are very important to us, and we never want to disappoint a client who's taken the time to come to a store to see the clothing in person.

On a personal note, I think an awful trend in retail is that when you visit a store all you're seeing is what didn't sell out online already, so you're not seeing many of the greatest things that store ordered for their shop. Products are sold out before they even have a chance to put it out on the sales floor at nearly all stores I'm familiar with.

After over a month of wear there's already some nice indigo hues coming through, just gave them a wash at the 6 week mark and they're currently drying.
We'll have tons of photos, specs, and measurements up on our site in less than a week.

3SIXTEEN WINTER COLLECTION & BOOTCUT JEANS

3sixteen's winter collection has landed this week along with their new bootcut jeans in both indigo and black denim.

3sixteen’s new black twill Hunting Jacket is here. Inspired by vintage barnstormer jackets, 3sixteen’s Hunting Jacket pares the design down with cleaner pocketing, a modern fit, and details like a corduroy collar and corozo nut fiber buttons.

A new version of 3sixteen’s iconic shop jacket has also landed. This one is cut with a relaxed boxy fit and made from Japanese gray denim woven with cool gray yarns for a distinctive muted finish.

Bootcut jeans from 3sixteen are back, produced exclusively for our stores. The BC-100xk is made from 3sixteen’s 14.5oz indigo-dyed Kibata denim, while the BC-220xk uses their 14.5oz black Kibata denim. Both fabrics are unsanforized but factory rinsed, retaining the character of unsanforized denim while making sizing easier. These are available now at all stores in 3sixteen’s new medium rise bootcut fit.

THE VIRIDI-ANNE WINTER COLLECTION

The Viridi-anne’s new winter collection is here. We have new heavyweight oversized t-shirts cut from TVA’s custom Japanese silk textile, garment-dyed black and rinsed for a rich, broken-in finish with an unusually substantial hand considering the fiber. These are available in black and charcoal.

We've also received wool pile zippered jackets as part of this new collection. These high-neck jackets are constructed from soft warm wool pile with a cotton-lined body and smooth rayon-cotton sleeve lining for comfort. You can close the jacket using either buttons or the zipper.

Lastly we have TVA’s cropped black denim jacket is made of Japanese black sulfur dyed denim that’s been garment washed for a softer feel and broken-in texture from the first wear. The waist belt and zippered chest pocket add some interesting details to TVA's take on a classic denim jacket.

RICK OWENS STARGROVES TYPE I JACKETS

We’ve really been waiting for this one since we saw the samples at Paris Fashion Week last year. Here we have the STARGROVES jacket, Rick Owens’ take on a traditional Type I denim jacket. These are made in Japan and available in a 14.5oz black denim or a 15oz heavy-washed indigo denim, both woven on vintage Sakomoto looms in Okayama. These jackets are finished with custom Japanese made YKK hardware, 100% cotton twill pocket bags, and a thick treated cowhide patch.

New Warehouse slub cotton tee colors are here along with a restock of all previous colors. Warehouse makes some unbelievably nice t-shirts and they’re now available in a few new colors. All are made of a long staple cotton mixed with slub yarns on vintage circular knitting machines for that authentic vintage hand-feel. Everything is sewn on vintage sewing machines and finished with the highest level of detail. Yes, they’re that good.

These Self Edge x Unmarked Roper boots are built using a tea-core vegetable-tanned bison leather upper that’s sourced in the U.S. and tanned at Cisne Tannery in León, Mexico, known for producing structured leathers with exceptional aging properties. This tea-core leather is designed to evolve with wear, gradually revealing its lighter natural base while developing a rich patina and subtle pull-up effect over time. A full calf leather lining and vegetable-tanned leather insole provide a comfortable, breathable interior that molds to the foot with extended use. The midsole combines vegetable-tanned leather with natural cork filling, offering both durability and long-term cushioning. Built on the Unmarked 360 last with an E width, the boot delivers a balanced, slightly roomier fit while maintaining a clean roper silhouette. Each belt starts as natural vegetable-tanned leather and is hand-painted black, allowing it to develop a rich patina and character with wear. The solid brass buckle is fully custom, designed in León and produced using a traditional lost-wax casting method for a weighty, highly detailed finish.
