        @Alex:

        (read: someone pointed out how dangerous it was to have that sort of structure on a beach that gets winds of up to 100mph in a storm)

        Interesting that this wasn't brought up in the planning and/or construction.  It seems like a relevant piece of information.

                Alex, is Southsea skatepark still there? it was/is just back from the seafront, many a happy afternoon spent there in my youth…

                                        I certainly do.  Was just thinking of my time there the other day.  Hoping to make a trip back before too long…

                                        And at least the pallet was intact.  I've seen far sketchier forklift shenanigans...
